Thessalonica RIC VII 199? The white flake on the reverse is not on the coin.

This coin seems to be RIC VIII 55. Note obverse legend CONSTANTINVS PF AVG, Constantine II as Augustus. RIC VII 199 is the previous issue, struck while Constantine I was still living and Constantine II held the rank of Caesar, with obverse legend CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C.
