It has character and I really like it. The obverse appears to have been weakly struck up so there's not as much wear on the coin as the devices might indicate. I'd grade it VF35 and quite honestly don't think it actually circulated that much.

Thanks Keith! It does look like the O over F reverse variety. Seems like this variety carries a premium.
