Overly dipped at one point me thinks, but it still looks to be IMO MS-61.

May I ask, is that diagonal mark in the right obverse field a scratch or just a toning streak?

This one is tough. The toning is hiding some key areas that would signal rub. That said, I think I see rub on liberty's cheek. au-58

looks ms details cleaned. dipped and retoning. the mark in the right obverse field looks like scratch. even if it isn't I wouldn't want a mark that looks like a scratch in a prominent place on the coin.
