I think this coin was in a pl set, was removed and placed in a 2x2. PL64 sounds right to me as well! Thanks for the opinions Report this Post to the Staff

Most of the business strike 1991 quarters I've seen have those vertical lines of what I assume are polish lines on the die itself. The PL ones do not and 1991 PL don't have this sort of luster.
