It's hard to tell from the amount of wear on this Angelo. Your third picture looks like there is something going on with the first 9, but the second picture shows it more closely and just looks like wear. I guess we'll have to default to the experts, but I see nothing.

There would be absolutely no way to tell on a coin with this much wear. The key points that would be needed to identify it particularly on the date can't be distinguished on a worn coin.
