What initials are you referring to?
Also that is just damage on the reverse.
Remember, It is only an error if it happens during the
striking of the coin. Anything after that is just damage.
So when looking at a coin, ask yourself if this could have
happened in the striking chamber. If not, then it is PMD.

initials on the front not sure where they are supposed to be!

The initials on these pieces, weren't added until 1966,

located below the bust (collar).
