Is there a difference between a Danisco 7070 and its Intercept Shield equivalent? Like do they both have the same contents, or at least holes for the same things? Intercept Shield is more expensive correct? is it any better?

Seriously, not a single person can answer either one of my questions?

I could answer it if I had ever actually seen the Intercept Shield version in person! I have only seen pictures of the binder, not the pages inside.

I have an older 7070 which needed to be updated to include some of the newer modern coins. I need to see if I can find a picture of the pages in the Intercept Shield version.

I couldn't justify the added expense of the Intercept Shield album as I've never had an issue with the Dansco albums. If it's not broken...

I have to agree. Supposedly, the slipcases sold for the Dansco albums accomplish the same thing. You can often get the Dansco with slipcases online for a good price.

I compared the images of the Intercept Shield type album pages at Wizard Coin Supply to what I know about the 7070. It appears that other than the layout being tweaked here and there, the Intercept Shield album adds places for the 2004-2005 Westward Journey Nickels and the 2009 Lincoln Cent commemoratives.

Ok, Thanks for the answers guys. The reason I was wondering was that I noticed that the Intercept Shield album for Buffalo nickels was almost the same price as the Danisco +slip cover, but I think I would want all my albums to be the same color, so I suppose that I will go with the Danisco as I have never heard a bad thing about them. Thanks a bunch.

Danisco
I thought this was a typo in your original post, but I see it in your reply as well. It is Dansco.
I am not trying to be mean; I just want to make sure you know in case there is a "Danisco" knock-off out there that I am not aware of!
