The Barnes and Nobles close to me carries it. Sometimes it is sold out when I get in there. Ask them the next time you go. Borders does not sell it.

Sorry, I don't know. About a year ago I subscribed to Bank Note Reporter and it has a price supplement so I stopped buying the magazine. Do a Google search for Paper Money Values and you will find the Coin World run site for the magazine. Here you can search for suppliers in your state and find one close to you.

Is it true that Coin Values has currency values listed from time to time?
Is it every other issue?

Here's some info I dug up.

A digital subscription of Paper Money Values goes for $19.97

https://www.kable.com/pub/ppmv/subonline.asp

Hard copy subscription is $21.97
In either case you get seven issues per year.

I have never seen paper money prices connected to Coin Values. The Paper Money Values magazine is published by Coin World who also publishes Coin Values.
