I have a friend who is interested in purchasing some of these coins. I would like to know if they look real to you? one set is the washed ones, one set isn't

From what I can see, the coins cleaned_ancients are overcleaned, but genuine.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

For $30, I'd want them already fully identified and attributed, and in reasonable condition. Cleaned but unidentified Roman bronzes like this should be around $10 to $15, uncleaned coins half that again. FORVM sells bulk uncleaned Romans for $3.50 each.

The coins in the cleaned pic are all what are known as Late Roman Bronzes. Some of the earlier ones were originally issued with a thin layer of silver, which rarely survives being 1700 years in the ground, and almost certainly wouldn't survive the harsh cleaning this seller seems to prefer.

There are two late 3rd century Aurelian coins and the rest are mid to late 4th century, all are common coins and worth a few dollars each, not $30 each however. They are all bronze.

I agree. It would be difficult to sell these coins individually as they have very litte individual value. You could see them as a single lot reaching around $30-$50 for the group.
