Found this roll searching and this penny very interesting. It weighs 2.5 grams and its full of dots, also Lincoln is very weak struck.

Hello! We make our pennies with zinc now, so this causes bubbles to start popping up during the minting process sometimes or if someone heats it up. I think there are other ways. Anyways no extra value added. Happy hunting!

The bubbles arise because the zinc core is plated with copper. Debris can be trapped between the two layers, as well as air. They are generally referred to as "plating bubbles." If the copper plating "seal" is broken, then corrosion is the first to arrive. The coin's own composition is to blame for its weakness.
