I am not seeing any doubling except maybe on GOD, and that looks like DDD.

Beat up a lot. The die wear will show towards the rim usually on the motto. a lot of crud around the devices, but I see nothing enlarged like hub doubling create on a die. Put it in your Wheat cent pile:
