1944 Lincoln Steel Penny P Mint

So I noticed the coin in the middle was a different color.
So I put them on a scale, the center coins weight is 3.0g
while the other two wey 3.1g.
I tried to do the magnet test but the coin would not stick to the magnet.
Is there any possibility this is a steel penny?
do they really stick to magnets?
i looked them up on coin facts, I did not find the steel penny facts..

Its just environmental damage. If it were steel the weight would be
2.7 grams and it would stick to a magnet
