Well first off, it took me a while to figure out if it was a 7 or a 3 because of how bad of shape it is in. Can anyone tell me if this nickel is worth more than 5 cents? There's quite a bit of differences between this nickel and others. Thank u in advanced.

to CCF. All I see is a beat up coin. Some may call it a parking lot coin or road rash. Value is 5 cents. What are you seeing as an error or variety? Also, please rotate photos properly before posting...thank you.

I'm sorry, I haven't quite got the hang of uploading yet. Look at the front of the coin... Do you see anything that would make it worth more?

Can't see anything that would make it worth more than 5 cents.
Just looks like a pretty beat up coin to me.
Remember, it is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin.
Anything that happens to it afterwards is just damage.

@Sasygrl5591, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with the others that your nickel is damaged and doesn't contain a mint error. As I look at the date, I can see that discerning the last digit could be difficult, but again this is due to the damaged sustained by the coin after it left the mint. Keep looking and hopefully you'll find something good soon.
