I ran into a couple 2018 Philly Quarters. When I was running under Microscope I noticed the JF initials are not present. Obvious justification would be wear, but these are all 2018 in a Loomis roll sealed. There are other errors on some including Cud and Die Cracks. I am about to return them and wanted to make sure I haven't found something of Value, other than Face value.

Any Information is appreciated!

Well you looking on the wrong areas for a doubled die. On these the doubling is usually on the earlobe area.
Check out Wexler's site to see where to look for the DDO and DDR's are.

I can see minor traces of the initials, most likely gone due to Struck Through Grease or die wear.

No other known examples ... at least not yet.
Your image shows the initials.
