I recently purchased this silver Japanese 50 Sen. The 2x2 flip claims that it is from approximately 1912 to 1917. Is that true? If so, what date exactly is this coin? I always have difficult determining Asian characters. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the quick response, tdziemia! So, it turns out that the dealer was slightly off, but that's ok since I got for a fair price. The coin looks much nicer in person than it does in the picture haha!
