Always need obverse pic for grading Canadian coins.
They can usually be reliably graded without reverse pics, but never without obverse pics.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Yeah, pics of both sides are needed to grade. I have to say that it must be "Details" because of the damage (as mentioned) on the reverse. It somewhat appears to be a struck-through error, but it's not.

Will wait for obverse pic.

I just figured the damage on the reverse is all you really need to see.
