While it is obvious, including just a few words about what you are seeing with the coin in hand really makes things easier for us rather than guessing what you are seeing. Also, the reason why we'd like to see a pic of the other side of the coin is that presumably something heavy squished the front and so there should be a corresponding flat area on the rev.
