I ship stuff (vintage fishing tackle) to Japan almost every week. I do not use GSP but it still costs over $12 to ship even a tiny item. Used to be around $5 for the same
USPS First Class Mail International / First Class Package International Service. I buy my postage on ebay since they fill in most of the info on the label and give a discount from what you pay at the Post Office.
