I wish it was in better shape. I tried to do research on this and all I could find was it says it harder to find then the p. I found it last night in a box of pennies from my bank. Thank you for looking.

This is indeed an RDV-006 FS-901. I have two of those and that is a heckuva find. Now, find the makers on the obverse to find out which Die was used. Soak it in pure acetone and then put that baby in a 2x2!
