I don't even collect dimes but when I saw this one with a date, I picked it up. Any idea on value?

That's pretty cool. I would say it's worth at least $10, but beyond that is very subjective. The error market is an anomaly.

Where did you get it and what did it cost you? Are the Reed Marks on the obverse normal?

I bought it from our local coin shop. It was in the half off bin for $3.25. I also bought a nickel blank.
John1 I don't see any Reed Marks at all.

Reed Marks under IGWT,and all the way to the right of that. You paid a good price.
