My question is what tje numbers mean or ODO behind them.

Unknown. Could be run numbers? Who knows for sure. You might check online to see where they are from and ask them this question?

Just a suggestion, go to one of your local game arcades and see if they know the source. They might even have a catalog of tokens to explore.

The reverse resembles tokens used to dispense range balls at golf courses.

They are security arcade tokens, They can be used only at locations that have the same alignment of slots. Mostly so one can't bring in tokens from off site and use in the machines. As been stated there are a lot of different type machines that use them. Some are the kind that give prizes out, or items that are for sale. As to the numbers or letters on the reverse. I have others that have ODO on them and those numbers are common, Since they aren't high value tokens haven't come across anybody that worry about what they mean so far
