This coin is struck hard and wrong so much so that the shape is a bit off on the circle. Struck hard on obverse and reverse. Is this an error coin and is it of value?

Strike looks to be within mint tolerance. Not off center or misaligned enough for any premium. Not a mint error. Happy hunting and happy new year!

I agree looks like a spender to me. in case you didn't know you included a photo of a random nickel by accident I would assume.
