The 2004 Lincoln Memorial cent DDO-001 is a light extra thickness kind of thing without any major die markers listed. Has anyone figured out what its cross reference would be on Wexler's site or Coppercoins? Would be far easier to find DDO-001 by cross reference from another site rather than from the no-markers photos on VV.

Thanks for any help figuring this one out.

I think WDDO-004 might be a cross-reference. Very similar extra thickness and it even has the light separation on the upper left of the second 0 in the date.

Hey Tanman! I think you may have it. I didn't do an overlay but I brought them up in side by side windows and just eyeballed back and forth for five minutes looking for anything at all that would make them different dies, or verify the same die. Well, a lot of little tiny things all suggest same die, and nothing says different die. So I think I'm going to try and hunt down some WDDO-004 coins to get them in hand and see if I can verify that as a cross reference.

Did you check out WDDO-006? The date is normal sized like your coin. But check to see if matches any markers. It also links with other sites in that die number.
Or 014 that has normal date digits. So check out those two?

Here are the cross references that I have listed. You may want to check them to see if they are correct.

WDDO-004, 1DO-011, CDDO-001, DDO-001 1-O-VIII

Thanks Still Lookin. I'm going to have a look at this again in the morning, but five minutes til midnight and my kid wants to celebrate something or other in a couple minutes.

By the way, send me an email if you have any on these hanging around as I'd like to pick one or more up for my collection. Working on the last dozen or so DDO-001 coins and never really looked at what the 2004 was but knew it had no die markers on VV so ignored it until now.
