2015 LMC , Weird Raised Lines On Bust

Hey Group, was about to put this in the spender Rolla this line caught my eye.. I know this coin is in terrible shape but for educational purposes, can anyone explain what happened?

Looks just like a stain. Doesn't appear to be an error. (I'm not an expert so don't take word for it, but that's what it appears to be) Its most likely a stain. Notice how it's the same color as the rest of the staining? Another pointer is that it doesn't be appear to Be incuse or raised. Hope this helps. Happy hunting!

Thanks.. The pics might not show it but you can feel it's raised.. Maybe what ever stained it followed the contour of the raised metal..?

If it is raised, then might be some gunk. Maybe there is a dent in the coin? Is it caved in oddly or raised for sure?

Its raised for sure.. I was just reading about Rotation Double strikes, and that's The closest thing I could be possible but I dosent seem all devices are effected, unless really weak?

If it is not a stain, then it appears to be a heavy contact mark from the rim of another cent. What I do know is that it is not an error.
