Not sure if you can see from picture but it's bent in few places. I couldn't see mint. This date it would be on reverse. Correct me if I'm wrong. Still learning.

Yes, the mintmark would be on the lower reverse. However, this is a Barber dime, not Mercury.

It's a Barber dime. I think it's definitely worth keeping, not a spender - it's 90% silver.

I do, too. Collect what you like is firmly planted in my thinking. The potential history of these coins (especially the worn ones) is fascinating to me. Who once held this and when?
