I have a slightly oversized Lincoln Cent with 2 strikes on reverse. One strike the image is mirrored. On the obverse side the planchet is rough with raised parts.
Since one strike is mirrored and cent is oversized I figured it may be fake.
Sorry about uploading image with engraving on face, that was just to show size difference.

It is most likely real. It looks like " a vise job" to me. Post strike damage.

The give away is the mirrored images and the mirrored rims. Also the altered diameter. Altered coin.

It's been heavily altered outside the U.S. Mint. It's not a genuine error, just Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Value is only 1 cent.
