Is this due to PMD or cladding. I'm working on training myself to id different discolorations. Thanks in advance for your help.

It seems that 5c is enviromentally damaged

Thanks, I have some Zinc cents that look as though there were some clad issues but they are so damaged it seems irrelevant.
