I have a 1878 P Morgan with 7TF. The coin has the following variety features, which I have included in photographs:
Strong Doubling of Liberty
Doubled RIB obverse motto
Distinctive Tail Feather Tips protruding
Originally thought VAM 70, as it has all 3 key features,but does not include the doubling of liberty.
Any Help Appreciated. Photos Below.

I've got one of these, took a while. There are a lot of varieties to this coin. It's called a 7/8, or 7 over 8. Mines a VAM 38. I think.... LOL, good luck.
