Newbie Have A 1944 Lincoln Cent, Is This Cap Error?

I'm working on resolution and sharpness but this the best I could get it so far. Thank you for your help. It is slightly thicker than my other 1944 pennies as well. My working theory is that your coin has been "smushed" along the edge, such as by spooning or as the result of being a so-called Dryer Coin for a short while. Others too will weigh in as they see this thread.
