Roosevelt Dime Error? - Coin Community Forum

mcmjack New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 01/03/2019 9:53 pm I have a Roosevelt dime with a blob of metal coming out of his head (looks sort of like a horn).Is this an error and if so is it worth anything? Report this Post to the Staff

It normally shows up in the form of small chips (like yours) or cracks. It progresses in severity until the die is retired and replaced.
