I noticed under "Complete US Coin Histories", Fugio and Nova Constellatio's aren't even listed. Right now those are the only two colonial coins I'm even interested in.

Is there a reason for this?

Maybe because the Fugio was not a US mint issue? It was made by a private mint under a contract from the government. Also I believe it was authorized under the Articles of Confederation, not the Constitution. Nova constellatios were just tokens privately minted in England and had nothing really to do with US coinage. There were some unique Nova Constellatio patterns made in the US but the regular coinage was just shipped from England.

The Fugio Cent is the first official one-cent piece of United States currency. We didn't have a mint yet, but it was still US currency.

The Fugio should be considered the first US coin. True they wee not made in a US Government Mint, but they were authorized by the US Government (although it was under the Articles of Confederation and not the Constitution) and produced under a US Government contract. They are for all reasons that I can see, a US coin.

I agree, I have always considered the Fugio a US coin. I really am not sure why it has always been included in with colonials.

You agree that it's not an American coin or that it is an American coin?
