Hey all. I have this 1983 DDR Lincoln Cent. The bottom of the obverse seems to have toning. Does this coin look original? How would you grade it?

A few more out of the flip.Is the blemish above the 1 and 9 natural and will it still grade?

That's just how they are. 1983's were one of the worst issues of the series. The mint was still trying to figure out how to make Zincolns. What's GREAT about this coin is I don't see any major plating blisters. That was a huge problem in 1983!

I find the obverse surfaces, especially behind the head, to be less than choice. Are they all this way?
