This bill is a bit off center. I'm thinking it was one of the top four bills on the sheet since it doesn't have a bill above it and it has a black box

This one probably stands out the least. The border is visible from the next bill on the bottom.

A-Few-Different-Error-Notes
A rather large ink stain on the reverse.

A-Few-Different-Error-Notes
A gutter fold.

A-Few-Different-Error-Notes
Another misaligned bill.

I tried looking around online for this error but I couldn't find it. The color shifting ink on this twenty dollar bill is missing.

*BONUS*
A-Few-Different-Error-Notes
Collection of low serials.

Just sharing these images and hoping to get a couple of answers. Are any of the shifted bills considered "shifted enough" to be considered errors? If they are, any ideas on their value?

And for the twenty, anyone else see this error before? The paper is raised where the ink should be however, there is and was no ink.
Rest in Peace

They all look like errors to me. As far as value, I'm not sure. I go on to the Heritage website and then go to currency and then past auction archives. In here you can look through the past lots of error notes to find the example that best matches your notes. Next by signing on or joining (it's free) it will show the prices realized. I find this very helpful to get values for items like this.

Those are all very nice errors. I don't think any would command a huge premium, maybe the $20 with the missing ink would be the best error? As far as the off center cuts, I think as long as any part of the adjacent note shows, then it's considered an error. I also think you're right about the top note being from the edge of the sheet.
