Looks like a counterfeit British One Pound.
I say 'counterfeit', because there are lots of deep dents and that have been smoothed, due to circulation. The metal is too soft.
A 'keeper' if you wish to start a 'black' collection. (I have done this with ancient coins, to be able to identify them, for my own education.)
Wrong coin perhaps, but leave it here, or transfer to the right subforum.
