Tough to tell from your picture, but it's probably just Struck Through Grease.

Okay so I type to fast. But I ment to say I'm a firm believer that this coin is a misprinted coin. Again I'm new so I'm figuring this all out. Sorry for any confusion.

I tried to post a clearer image but it was to big. The outline of the one is there but barely defined and the bottom of the 7 is the same way. I thought it could have been rubbed off but nothing around it was?

I don't believe it's a "misprint". A Struck Through Grease error occurs when the die striking a coin has grease on it, and when it strikes the coin, it weakens the devices the grease was covering. Understand?

to CCF. Most likely a Struck Through Grease. Please rotate photos properly before posting, thanks.

Partial grease-filled die, very common.

First of all
Secondly, as mentioned this is likely what is known as a Greaser. That means that the die that was used to strike (coins are not printed) the coin had some grease filling in parts of the incused design which causes the final product to lack that detail.
Lastly, you can be a fire believer if you want, but the site allows you to edit your post. You can go back and fix it. As I will likely do to this portion of my post should you choose to edit yours...
