Not an error but PSD.
Looks like damage from a coin rolling machine.
The scrapes on the base of the bust, MM & 4 as well as the concentric dark line parallel to the rim are indicative of the machine that crimps the end of coin rolls.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Also,please remove coins from whatever type of holder they are in whenever possible before taking pics. And please rotate photos properly before posting,thanks.

Looks like a counting machine or venting machine damaged the coin. (Note the lines parallel to the rim)
