I've owned a number of Columbian Half Dollars, but never one that's this beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice, as it's got extremely purple natural toning. I know it's not absolutely perfect, but... Do you think it's worth sending in? Guesses on the grade?

A very purdy coin, no doubt. However these are so common that it would have to grade a 65 or higher to warrant a TPG. I am not seeing that here.

Agree as well. Appear to be light field scratches both behind and in front of the upper head.

The toning makes it hard for me to tell, but the main (?) sail has some wear? Otherwise I would call this one a 64/65. Do they sell these slab'd on e-pay? What do those go for?

au58 or ms63. the reverse is nice but the obverse shows hairlines in the left and right fields. both devices and fields in the obverse show hits and chatter. cheek and brow look rubbed so I am leaning toward au58.

AU-58, not worth the fees to slab it.

I like the reverse but the obverse looks cleaned or wiped with all those hairlines. I think it would detail if sent to PCGS or NGC.
