Just wondering if anyone has ever seen one of these or know anything about them. I have a few like this that were in a roll I inherited. Seems like the face side edge is raised up more than normal as well. But every one I have (50) are exactly the same. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The missing letter is caused by a Grease Filled Die.
There is no extra value when such a small portion is missing.
