Regarding this coin, obviously it has some DDD issues but I need your expert opinions as I am seeing some hub doubling/notches on UNITED/EPU/DOTS/ONECENT. I apologized firsthand for the photos, best shots I could provide right now. Thank you.

Doesn't really look like a DDR, more likely Die Deterioration.
