Pulled this out of a BU roll. I can't match the RPM to anything on CopperCoins. It has a split bottom and top serif. Also, there is odd die damage on the 0. Is it a struck through? Any help on both subjects of this coin is appreciated. Thanks!

It may have been struck though debris. One of the hard ones to ID as for RPMs. I have tubes of these I've not figured out. Waiting for the full list from John Wexler's attributions.
I think he has a little less than 300 RPMs for that year. They were in a hurry that year to replace the failing small date dies. So they are not real picky that year for mint mark placements. 1959-D cents, Wexler has in a book with 111 dies listed. But even with that information, there are still others not listed.
