Not really a fan of zinc coins but I have an album dedicated to Aluminium coins: These are some of the small ones (up to about 22mm)

"Aluminium Bronze" is mostly copper with a bit of aluminium just like "Bronze" is mostly copper with a bit of tin and "Brass" is mostly copper with a bit of zinc. Aluminium bronzes are alloys of copper and aluminium. The content of aluminium ranges mostly between 5% and 11%.Australian $1 and $2 coins are aluminium bronze. https://www.sciencedirect.com/topic...opper-alloysQuote: The term bronze is used to any alloy of copper containing principal alloying element (up to 12%) other than zinc or nickel. The term was originally applied to those copper alloys which contained tin as the sole or principal alloying element. Commercial bronzes are principally the alloys of copper with tin, silicon, aluminum, or beryllium as alloying element.
