This one is Claudius Gothicus - you can tell from the square jawed bust, but also directly above the head reads 'CLAVDIV...'. The reverse shows Liberalitas holding a pileus and a cornucopia.
RIC V-1, Siscia 184. [IMP] C CLAVDIV[S AVG], radiate head right [L]IBER[ALITAS AV]G, Liberalitas standing left holding pileus and corncopia, S in right field.
The pileus is a felt cap that was given to new freemen during the ceremony which freed them. Liberalitas is ancient Rome's Lady Liberty.
