Would this be common for a 1966 Lincoln Memorial cent? Also date & liberty DDO?

That is a fairly common place for a die chip. I don't see any doubling on LIBERTY or the date. For me, The 1966 doubled die Obverse 001 is an easy one to spot if you look at the U of TRUST. Check WDDO-001 on the link:

No problem. If the letters seemed thicker it was probably circulation wear or die wear. No separation, notching or spread is visible. Keep looking!
