Are proof and commerative coins and sets better to in the original box or do you get a better price if they are graded.

Trying to figure out if I should send some of my commerative and proofs to be graded or start my set collection of say States and President dollars.

In short what it get graded 1st?

Commerative, proofs?

President Dollars and State Quarters sets?

I think the only way they bring more money if they are graded is if they receive the PF/MS 70 grade (and then usually only if its PCGS because most people think NGC gives out 70's to much), if a coin receives a PF/MS 69 they usually bring about the same thing as one in the OGP and I would rather have the original packaging than the slab
