I found this in my change today its in excellent condition, 1999 Washington head penny obverse and reverse doubled die. Is it worth getting it graded?, and how do I get it graded if so?

There have been 1c tokens with Wash. on the obv, minted domestically and

UK. But that was in the 18th century & later. My dad had a number of these.
