Does This 1896 O Barber Half Get A Details Grade?

Nice coin in my grade range for my set but I noticed this scratch on the reverse (through the tail). It runs from the tip of the "R" over the left talon. Barely noticeable in hand but it can be seen. These are the best pics I can get because I don't want to take it out of the 2x2 and hurt my chances of a return. Do you think the scratch details it? Report this Post to the Staff

I say is is a lovely example of an older USA coin - just as it is - and I question & challenge the interest in TGP 'grading'. All coins have a grade - we gave you this one - why pay any TPG to agree?
