The close up picture is blurry, but I don't see anything going on.

Nope. Just a normal coin. There's also some staining and dings from Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

Thanks I see the PSD and the staining it's the raised portions between the open ends of the S I am focusing on I realize how difficult it is to see in a picture it's much easier to see for me perhaps over polishing the mint mark or some other process created it but it's not shaded or PSD staining or a shadow it's there it's raised and it's not my vivid imagination (not this time anyway).
