much much much better pictures would be required.

but here's a hint:
if the lower sheriff on the N in regiNa is extended then it is obv1

even with out of focus pictures it doesn't appear that the posted coin is an obv 1

The other markers are, if the tip of the crown impinges or is into the bead, it's an Obv 2. If the neck truncation, where it comes to a point and it does NOT point exactly to the bead directly above the C in Canada, then it's a 2. The Obv 2 will point/end in the space between that bead and the next to the left. An Obv 1 crown tip does not enter the nead and the neck truncation ends directly at the bead above the C... and, as always, the chin /throat is rounded, without a dimple/crease. I can't see clearly enough with your photo.
