I Have A Few Areas On This 2018 D LMC That I Had Questions About.

Ok, first thing that stuck out was his ear lobe, I noticed it standing out without my microscope. Than his eye looks funny almost as if the lid was extended out towards the nose. So doubled maybe. there's also a faint line through his lips on outside as if they are doubled. Than, I don't know if you would consider below Liberty a spike or not? It didn't appear to be a scratch because it's raised. Hopefully I make sense.

Sorry, without clear focused images no one can help you,the details you are questioning about must be clearly visible.Going by your first image, the coin looks normal.
