For me, better pics are needed. I can't gauge luster at all from those. Other than that, I see enough contact marks to say it is less than MS65. But, that's still a bit of a guess.

I am not good at grading as you know,AU-55 to AU-58. I see wear on the high points of the eagles breast and Washingtons' bust.

Thanks for the opinions. I hastily took these pictures and did a bad job at it, so I am disappointed in myself for that.

Here is an update, back from NGC. If beneficial a mod can edit the title. I was hoping for a 67, but they gave it a 66.
